Where’s The Boxcutter: Movin’ On Up with GreenRoom Social
We recently made the big 7 story move up to the 10th floor, quickly transforming this space into our new home. With views of the MacArthur Causeway and swanky apartment building pools, the GRS team is currently enjoying a major upgrade in our corporate headquarters. Finding the proper office can be a major undertaking considering all the factors involved, but for the GRS team, it was as easy as deciding what to bring to the next agency potluck. All a thriving PR agency really needs is an open office setting that boosts creativity and inspires impromptu brainstorming sessions, forging the path for an environment conducive to success. Here are a few of my favorite parts of our open office:
The spacious 10th floor accommodates all departments. Interacting on a daily basis, our open office setting lends itself to collaborative efforts and an intermingling of teams who might not work together otherwise.
Reminiscent of the Wynwood Walls located just 20 minutes from our office, GRS’s floor to ceiling idea boards are a key component during any brainstorm session. Armed with a few white board markers and passion for a team ideation process, our walls become the source of GRS’s next big ideas.
Even in our collaborative, open office setting, the GRS team can easily find privacy with the multiple conference rooms available throughout the space. Whether you’re looking to edit a report, staff a press briefing, or gather your thoughts for your next blog post, the team can find peace in several rooms.
If you’re not one for art, creative brainstorms can be held over a game of ping pong or on the putting green. These small activities break up the day and give you the energy you need to stay focused and on task.
Most importantly, the open office creates a comfortable environment where help is always right around the corner. This type of office setting helps bring the best out of us and allows us to deliver industry-leading results!
